WHY IS IT CALLED Hutton & Lynne?

Hutton & Lynne products are unisex products that are the result of obsessive skin care research and testing on all skin types and races . The products that are on offer to you are what your skin actually needs. We are not into the for women/men gimmicks here. We are a about beautiful and healthy skin, both for women and men.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?

Our products last between one and two months, depending on how often you use any of them.

CAN I USE  the ALL IN ONE OIL TO REMOVE MAKEUP?

ALL IN ONE OIL is a superb makeup remover. It is able to break down and dissolve even waterproof makeup easily and gently. With the microfiber cloth, it should be all you need to wash your face and remove your makeup.

CAN I USE OTHER PRODUCTS WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?

We recommend trying Hutton & Lynne’s products by themselves for at least a fortnight (2 weeks) to truly see the results they deliver on their own, but feel free to mix and match with your other products as you please. The oils are gentle enough that you shouldn't have an adverse reaction with other products.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ALL IN ONE OIL AND THE REJUVINATION FACE OIL?

ALL IN ONE OIL is both a cleanser and a moisturiser. THE REJUVENATION FACE OIL was created as a healing and de-ageing serum focused on refining and rejuvenating damaged, scarred, or weathered skin. If you are using both products: cleanse with the ALL IN ONE OIL, remove with the microfiber cloth, and then moisturise with THE REJUVENATION FACE OIL. 

WILL MY SKIN GO THROUGH AN "ADJUSTMENT PERIOD" WHEN I START USING THIS SYSTEM? WHAT IF I START TO BREAK OUT?

Our cleansing oil systems cleanse the skin deeply, drawing debris and bacteria from deep within the skin. This sometimes leads to what is called a "purging period" in the skin, which can last up to nearly a week . We highly recommend giving it five days at the very least months. Over 90% of our customers have not experienced the "Adjustment period".

ALLOWING YOUR SKIN TO GET BACK ON TRACK CAN TAKE TIME.

While most people see an immediate improvement in their skin using our products, true healing can take time. Our products are a holistic approach that work to reduce inflammation which is the root cause of all skin disease, and by helping the skin regulate its oil production.  It can take a little bit of time for your skin to adjust to a new system, but trust us, it is truly worth it.

ARE THE MICROFIBRE CLOTHS NECESSARY? CAN I USE WATER OR NORMAL CLOTH TO REMOVE THE ALL IN OIL, AND PRE-SHOWER BATH OIL WHEN I AM CLEANSING?

The microfiber cloth is an essential part of the system. Oil cleanses deeply, but because water and oil repel, water alone will not remove the debris and bacteria drawn up from your skin. Microfiber is softer and more absorbent than normal cloth and easily pulls makeup and debris away from the skin reducing the chance of infection and helping you deep clean your skin without scrubbing or irritation. 

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY CLOTHS, AND HOW OFTEN?

We recommend washing your microfiber cloths after each use with a gentle, environmentally-friendly detergent. Hang dry instead of using the dryer to keep them super absorbent. 

Here are our manufacturer's top three tips for caring for your cloth:

  1.  Wash in warm or hot water with mild detergent; use a soft-bristled
    brush if necessary. Rinse thoroughly.
  2.  Do not use fabric softener, it will clog the open spaces in the
    microfiber that does the cleaning rendering the cloth useless.
  3.  Wash microfiber only with other microfibers.

We are a small company. All of our products are handmade in-house, this allows us to maintain the highest quality products possible and helps us keep our prices low but does occasionally result in a slightly longer wait time. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 

I AM ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Though it may arrive sooner, we ask that you please allow approximately four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Customs departments do have the right to hold items, and unfortunately, how long they hold they choose to hold them is beyond our control. Additionally, we don’t pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

ARE PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING WOMEN? 

Hutton & Lynne is the result of obsessive skin care research that has left no stone unturned to ensure that none of its products are harmful to any persons, including pregnant and nursing women.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products are all-natural and free of preservatives, because of this our products have a shelf life of 8-10 months, it is one of the major reasons why the products are handmade in small batches.  

DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE ON YOUR PRODUCTS? WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Despite our diligent skincare research and very success rate and positive testing results, we make no guarantees about our product. Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted. Please read ingredients carefully, know your allergies, and test the product on a small patch of skin before applying to the face. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and see a medical professional if necessary. If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us and we will try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
